WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At AWN Moto, we stand behind the quality of our products. We guarantee all items against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly assist with a refund or replacement.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by carrier tracking).
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact and undamaged.
  • Once a return is approved and a Packing Slip is issued, you must ship the item back within 14 days.
  • Sale or discounted items may only be exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and hold no cash value.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items—those returns are free of charge.
  • Refunds will be issued for the amount originally paid at the time of purchase.
  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Returns that do not meet our policy may be subject to restocking fees or denied.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

If your item meets all return conditions, please contact us at info@awnmoto.com or call +49 1762 4336250 to request a return authorization and packing slip.

We do not currently offer an automated return portal, so our customer service team will guide you through the process.

WHERE AND HOW DO I SHIP MY RETURN?

  • Pack your return securely in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • For helmets, boots, or shoes: place the original product box inside a separate shipping box. Returns sent with shipping labels stuck directly onto original product boxes (e.g., shoe or helmet boxes) will incur a 10% restocking fee to cover re-boxing costs.
  • Include the completed packing slip inside the package—returns without it may be delayed or rejected.
  • Ship your return prepaid (we do not accept COD shipments).
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for lost return packages.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • It may take 3–10 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
